★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر بنك التنمية على دعم هذي المنظمات، لكن اتمنى الأشراف الدوري المباشر على الموظفين في الجمعية، لأني كانت عندي مقابلة اليوم والموظفة الي قابلتني كلامها متناقض ومبعثر واضح انها لا تعرف عملها وتسئل أسئلة خارج الموضوع واسئلة خصوصية أيضا وفي نهاية المقابلة الي كانت مدتها ساعة سألتني عن الكفيل وقالت لازم كفيل مع اني ما لقيت هذا الشرط أثناء التقديم او اي نص ينص على هذا وقلت لها ماعندي كفيل قالت ممكن يعطوك وممكن لا!!! ضيعت وقتي الله يصلحها ناهيك عن التحطيم والإستهزاء بالفكرة وقاعدة تقيس الأمور على ذوقها الشخصي الله يهديها واتمنى يحطون ناس أكفاء بالمناصب هذي والله على ما اقول شهيد.
I thank the Development Bank for supporting these organizations, but I wish for direct periodic supervision of the employees in the association, because I had an interview today and the employee who interviewed me her words were contradictory and scattered. It is clear that she does not know her work and she asks questions outside the topic and private questions as well. At the end of the interview, which was an hour long, she asked me about The sponsor and she said I need a sponsor even though I did not find this condition during the application or any text that stipulates this and I told her I do not have a sponsor. She said they can give you or maybe not!!! I wasted my time, may God fix it, not to mention the destruction and mockery of the idea and a rule that measures things according to her personal taste. May God guide her. I hope that they will put competent people in these positions, and God is a martyr for what I say.
