★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support is terrible at handling problems. They will not acknowledge your issue unless it's super simple or required by the government. They will make changes to the system without telling the customer and if it causes an error they will simply claim it as unfix-able or will make excuses why it can't just be reverted to the previous version. They need to hire more qualified technical staff that can actually do something or is willing to help. Not like this bozos who would just claim that their work is 'perfect' at your face when they haven't done anything right. They just don't get that the more problems/issues with the system are pointed out or fixed means new customers will get a better program.
