★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خلال التركيب و الضمان
ركبت عندهم مصعد من حوالي سنة وافين و أمانة و حس أخلاقي عالي . ولكن بعض العمالة واحمد الله انهم قليلون
. يتصرفون بمزاجية مطلقة لا يهمه زبون و لا قيم
بعد انتهاء الضمان
و لتجديده تحس انك بتتعامل مع ادارة ثانية لازم الضمان سنة و بسعر عالي مرتفع جدا
لا يوجد تفاوض او مناقشة مع الاسف حاليا عامل ضمان باقل من نصف السعر تبعهم و لي سنتين و مبسوط من الشركة الجديده .
خلاصة القول تسمع منهم واو و الي تشوفه فس هذا واقعي انا و تجربتي الشخصية معهم لذلك 3 نجمات هذه للفترة الشاملة للضمان لكن انصح الكل بعمل ضمان عند شركات أفضل و ارخص . وعلى فكرة الضمان الخارجي كشف لي إنهم مركبين لي قطع في اللوحة و المصعد هندية و صينية و كان اتفاقي معهم ان تكون كلها ايطاليا . اكتفي و هذا رائي الشخصي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الآن متعامل معهم اكثر من خمس سنوات مافيه اي تغيير ماشاءالله معامله مميزه صدق في المواعيد التزام في عقود الصيانه والضمان اشكرهم من كل قلبي وأولهم الاخ الفاضل ابو زياد تحياتي

شهر مبارك على الجميع..تعليقي على شركة خبراء مكة للمصاعد وبكل أمانة لي حوالي سنة وأنا أبحث عن شركة مصاعد ممتازة
في مكة بحكم أن هذا بيت العمر لم أجد أفضل من شركة خبراء مكة لأن كل ماسألت أحد قال نصيحة لك خبراء مكة ممتازين من جودة و تركيب وأدوات وصيانة دورية وإلتزام بالمواعيد وأقربهم جاري ركب من عندهم مصعدين لعمارة تتكون من ٧ أدوار تقريبا في شهر ٥ من هذا العام وجاري معروف بالخبرة في أعمال البناء ومايركب أي شي حريص جدا على الشي ذات الجودة.... وعلى فكره حصلت في مكة شركات وبدون ذكر أسماء أسعارهم مغرية لكن انتبهوا اعطالهم كثيرة وكلامهم متناقض بعد التركيب... أتقدم بجزيل الشكر ووافر الامتنان إلى الأستاذ علي الحربي مدير المكتب والأستاذ ماهر مدير المبيعات...والأستاذ علي رجل نصوح جدآ وآمين سوا ركبت عنده أو لا..يفيدك بالمواصفات والجودة الممتازة ويعلم الله ونحن في هذا الشهر الفضيل أن لاتربطني علاقة معهم بس هذه كلمة حق لابد تقال ونصيحة من لدية بيت ملك ويريد أن يركب مصعد بدون أي مشاكل بعد الله عليكم بهذه الشركة يكفي أن الأستاذ علي الحربي واقف بنفسه على الشغل أسأل الله أن يرزقهم من واسع فضله والناس شهود الله في أرضة.

I extend my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Ali Al-Harbi, the office manager and Mr. Maher, the sales manager… and Mr. Ali is a very honest and trustworthy man, whether you ride with him or not..
