ا	ابو محمد العثيمين on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حقيقة من خلال تجربة بعض المعلمات اتضح ان المدرسة ليس لديها سياسة التحفيز للمعلمه بل يتعاملون معها خصوصا المصرية (مشرفة التطوير)وكانها آله مما اثر سلبا على الناحية التربوية كذلك تحميل المعلمه اكثر من نصابها ايضا فقدان الثقة في المعلمه وعدم قبول اي تبرير او ملاحظة من المعلمات كذلك ضعف الرواتب (٣٠٠٠) يخصم منها التامين تخيل المعلمه تبدا عملها من الساعة السابعة واحيانا قبل ذلك بحجة الاشراف وتخرج احيانا الساعة الثالثة والثلث وبدون مقابل وتصل الى البيت وتخلد للراحة ساعة ثم تبدا في التحضير ليوم غد طوال اليوم وتذهب الى المدرسة وهي في صراع مع النوم بسبب كثرة ماهي مطالبة به كذلك تتحمل المعلمه تكاليف الاوراق والاقلام وهدايا الطالبات وحدث ولاحرج ...الخ عندما تتاخر المعلمه دقيقة واحدة يخصم منها نصف دوام فكان الواجب تخصم الدقيقة من الساعات والحصص الاضافية التي كلفت بها. عندما تغيب معلمه تكلف معلمه اخرى في غير تخصصها وتلزم بشرح المادة !!؟ العمل كله تنظير وتخبط. لايوجد تعاون مع المعلمه عندما تشتكي والدة الطالبه من ضعف تعليم بنتها يوجه اللوم كله للمعلمه وتهزا يجب على الوزارة المعنية القيام باخذ مالدى المعلمات بشكل سري ومعالجة الملاحظات التي تتضح لهم. ترك المدرسة تسرح وتمرح بدون مراقبة ومتابعة يسيء للعملية التربوية نحمل المدرسة المسئولية في التعسف والتعنيف وسوء الادارة امام الله وامام ولاة الامر. When a teacher is absent, she assigns another teacher other than her specialty and is obliged to explain the material!!? The whole work is speculation and confusion. There is no cooperation with the teacher When the student's mother complains about her daughter's poor education, the teacher is all blamed and shaken The concerned ministry must take secretly what the parameters have and address the observations that become apparent to them. Leaving the school to be released and have fun without supervision and follow-up offends the educational process We hold the school responsible for abuse, abuse and mismanagement before God and the rulers.
ح	حسن مباركي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعينت زوجتي في هذا المكان السيئ الذي سبب لها حاله نفسيه فوالله العلي العظيم انهم لا يستحقو هذه الامانه التي حملو بها ولا الاسم الذي دون علي لوحتهم . تعامل سيئ واكثر من هذا انهم لا يملكون اي من مقومات التعليم نهائي . المعلمه هي من تشتري الهدايا وهي من تطبع وتغلف الوسائل هم فقط ينتظرون من اولياء امور التلاميذ الدفع ويحملو المعلمه كل شي اتمني من ادارة التربيه و التعليم النظر في حال هذه المدرسه واتخاذ جميع الطرق النظاميه لمنع تسلطهم واستغلال المعلمات لحاجتهم لكسب الخبره بالتسلط عليهم . My wife was appointed in this bad place that caused her a psychological condition. By God, the Most High, the Great, they did not deserve this trust that they carried, nor the name that was written on their plate. S	Sama Maram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنتي كانت كي جي تو تغيرت المعلمات ٥ مرات خلال الفصل مع العلم بأن هذا التغيير المستمر يؤثر جدا على الطلبة خصوصا بهذا العمر الصغير. حاولت نقلها إلى الشعبة الثانيةوتم الرفض. إضافة إلى أن المدرسة مادية جدا. لم يتم خصم شيء من الرسوم أو من المواصلات وقت أزمة كورونا على الرغم من أن الطلبة بالبيت. H	Hk2000 zs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اللهم صل وسلم عليه. حابه اقول تجربتي بكل صدق والله ع ماأقول شهيد. انا قدمت عليها اول ماتخرجت بعام ١٤٣٦ بشهر ١١ هجري بدأت الدوام ايام كانت الرواتب (٥٦٠٠) اقسم بالله العلي العظيم انها ازززفت مدرسة مظاااهر المعلمة كأنها خدامة حتى بوقت الفسحة يجبرونا ننزل من الطالبات. اشوف معلمات بالتناوب افضل من تكدس كل المعلمات بالساحة وكرف موطبيعي وكانت الوكيلة داليا الله لايحللها كل نهايه دوام تسوي اجتماع واغلبه تحطيم. قسم بالله همهم المظاهر واذا جات موجة او من الاشراف هدوء بالمدرسة عشان تبين قدامهم انها مثاليه وغرفة المعلمات غير مهيأه للعدد وهذا غير النصاب يفوق طاقتي وقدرتي كنت ادرس علوم كل المراحل وكمان معاه املاء لصف ثالث وقدام الموجهة تقول المصرية انو صفوف عليا فقط تدرس مااقول الا عليك من الله ماتستحقين كرهت التدريس بسببهم ازفت مدرسة كل فتره تتغير معلمة مافي امان وظيفي عندهم نهائياً. نفسيتي تعبت منهم يالله كملت شهر هذا غير بالروضة ورب البيت اللي يدرسون فيها بعضهم شهاداتهم ثانويه ويقولون اذا سألوكم الامهات قولو رياض اطفال تخصصنا. والمشرفة المصرية تضغطنا بالطلبات سوي وسوي ووو حتى لو شافوك جالسة خلصت حصص يمسكونك احتياط وممنوع تكتبي بالنوته حصه فراغ لا لازم تكتبي ايش عملت بهالحصة رجل آلي مو أنسان God bless and peace be upon him.
