★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مدرسة الفلاح أسسها تاجر اللؤلؤ السعودي المعروف الحاج محمد علي رضا زينل في 7 ديسمبر 1905م، بمدينة جدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ثم بعد ذلك بستة سنوات افتتح لها فرعاً معروفاً في مكة المكرمة، وهي تعتبر من بين أقدم المدارس النظامية في المملكة. وقد أسس الحاج زينل فروعا أخرى في بومباي والبحرين ودبي وحضرموت لم تستمر كما استمر فرعا المدرسة الأوليّن في جدة ومكة
Al Falah School was founded by the well-known Saudi pearl merchant, Haj Muhammad Ali Reda Zainal, on December 7, 1905 AD, in the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Then, six years later, a well-known branch was opened for it in Makkah Al Mukarramah. Haji Zainal established other branches in Bombay, Bahrain, Dubai, and Hadhramaut, which did not last, as did the two schools of the first two branches in Jeddah and Makkah.
