وهي أولى المدارس في جدة أسسها الحاج محمد علي زينل في عام ١٣٢٣ للهجرة الموافق عام ١٩٠٥ للميلاد ،
ثم أسس مدارس مكة المكرمة في عام ١٣٣٠ للهجرة الموفق عام ١٩١٢ للميلاد .

It is the first school in Jeddah that was founded by Haji Muhammad Ali Zainal in 1323 AH, corresponding to 1905 CE.
Then he established the schools of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the year 1330 AH Al-Muwafaqah in 1912 AD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسسها الحاج محمد علي رضا زينل في 7 ديسمبر 1905م ١٣٢٨ للهجرة، بمدينة جدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ثم بعد ذلك بستة سنوات افتتح لها فرعاً معروفاً في مكة المكرمة، وهي تعتبر من بين أقدم المدارس النظامية في المملكة، تخرج منها رجالات في الفكر والسياسة، فكم له من أجور رحمه الله.
It was founded by Haji Muhammad Ali Reza Zainal on December 7, 1905 AD 1328 AH, in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then six years later he opened a well-known branch in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and it is considered among the oldest regular schools in the Kingdom, from which men in thought and politics graduated. How much of his wages, may God have mercy on him.
