★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معهم اشتريت جلسات ارضيه ولاركبت بالسيارة وانا عند المحل رجعتها لهم وحاولوا يرفضون الترجيع بحجه ان ماعندهم كاش وبالاخير دفعوا لي وطلع الكاش متوفر بالمحل وسبب الرفض اني دافع ببطاقة.
يعني حتى سياسة الاسترجاع اللي بالمحل ما تقول ماترجع للي دافع بالبطاقة ف على اي أساس يحاول يرفض الترجيع ؟!
My experience with them. I bought floor sessions and got into the car while I was at the store. I returned it to them and they tried to refuse to return on the pretext that they did not have cash, and in the end they paid me and the cash was available in the store, and the reason for the refusal was that I paid with a card.
I mean, even the return policy in the store does not say that it does not return to the one who paid the card, so on what basis is he trying to refuse to return?!
