★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed at the low quality of customer service provided at this location. It is practically nothing to the younger employees.
At the drive through last night an employee who just left his shift came to the window literally between me and the employee on-duty, which does not follow covid protocols, and delayed my order just so he could his free meal.
This is not acceptable and this branch should be dealt with accordingly.

Edit: almost 20 min to get my order!!!! Really??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mac is the best resturant ever, but this branch most of the times when i come on foot at the morning 7:40 (it should open 6:30am as per their standards ) and they say you can only order in drive thru the branch cant accept orders unless its drive thru, why would i go in the car path on my foot to order just a coffee !! Very bad management
2nd Review: Today i came the security guy wouldn’t let me in saying the PC is not working you need to go to drive thru to order, i don’t have car so he told me you cant order then !! What happened to Mac being to best and now the worst !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 7am because it says here that it opens 6:30am. But only the drive thru is open. The dining area is closed and no information is posted when it will open. I just wasted time and fuel going there.
