★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY best McDonald’s branch I’ve been in whole of Saudi. Very clean, well maintained, amazing ambiance and super excellent staff. Employee “John” is the best employee. He treated every customer as if they were in a 5 star hotel. He was helping customers order via the kiosk machine, entertaining the kids and giving them balloons, serving food to customers and checking on each customer if they want anything. He came to us and said “ Sir, if you want anything like straw, ketchup etc, you can call me and my name is John. Please enjoy your meal.” Woah! I’ve never seen such an amazing 5 star service in a fast food restaurant. Service was quick. Food tasted the same, Amazing. It’s located in a plaza that’s in process of building up and McD is the only thing open there. This branch has both Single as well as Family section. Drive Thru available. Toilets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Only McD in Umlaj and I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic McDonald’s, good service nice burgers and breakfast McMuffins available. Drive thru is very helpful especially since We are using the app and it’s a little difficult occasionally to scan or read the number.
