This branch is understaffed and it serves a big area hence the stupid prolonged waits.
Avoid at lunch and dinner times. Especially weekends.

โ โ โ โ โ This was the first Mcdonalds you see, a little off the main highway from the entry point in Makkah. The salespersons dont speak english at all. Due to which we told them no cheese and they put double cheese in our sandwiches. We ordered for 1 meal combo and they charged and gave us 2 meals. For our family it was an extra and finally we decided to give it to a poor. When we told the manager of the branch he simply said "sorry but you know sometimes it happens".....not an answer one would expect. So i think the customer service needs alot of improvement in this particular branch, as its a big branch and at an ideal location for travellers who dont have to take major diversions for food and head straight to Masjid al Haram.
