★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family section is on 1st floor. This restaurant is not having lift to 1st floor so not suitable for elderly and people with special needs. Self service ordering kiosks are not enough in comparison to the visitors. There is always que and waiting for placing orders. Lake of helping hand in self ordering Kiosk causes lot of time waste by non familiar visitors. Overall dining experience in this branch is not good. Also noticed that Ketchup sauce serving by ketchup vending unit is too sour and making french fries non edible rather than complementing for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch of McDonald's I have ever been to.
The staff behavior was extremely poor they shouts at us at the drive through (one of them didn't answer at the microphone and after we tried 3 times no answer, he shouted one minute and if you don't like it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE )! and he didn't bother to apologize!. The other one tried to be in good behavior at beginning then he said he was forced to be in good behavior for us and that he didn't like that (he regrets being respectful) So much of costumer service. ?
