★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit worried ? once I reached there. I sow lots of damage inside the place. And suddenly they asked us all to leave. I think ? the manager did a big fight with one of the customers. To a level they asked for the police ?♀️ men to interfere and investigate the issue. Sorry I can’t attached any pictures for the horrible news ? lots of damage. I wish him the best. And recover ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst MCD ever. Bad service. So poor managing, took 30 mins to serve though we came first but got served after 4 5 orders. We were literally shouting but least did they bother. And taste what should I say. They just packed something in hurry and gave..... tasteless and felt as if served from refrigerator?
Spoiled our entire mood while traveling to holy site makkah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thought this would be a good stop on our trip but it wasn't so. The breakfast took long and the sandwiches were not very good. The restrooms were locked and staff refused to open them. All hand sanitizers were empty. Nothing was available outside the counter so you have to ask for napkins, condiments and utensils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ while traveling to Mecca I stopped here for lunch with my family , the worst counter guy I have ever experienced , the order menu screen wasn't working and the manager didn't even bother to inform us about non functioning menu screen nor did any help regarding the menu selection or order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I change my route and detour added extra 38 mins on my trip to stop on this branch since my kids saw the sign of Mac’s, even a clear sign that it’s open 24h. The employee there refuse to serve and was closing the door saying that he will open 7 am while it’s 5:50 am. Waiting for more than hour and already changed my route!!! Thanks Macdonald’s ??
