★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العمدة لم يوضع الا لخدمة المواطنين وهذا العمل الذي يقوم به تكليف لاتشريف ويؤجر عليه بأجرة يتقاضاها كأي موظف ومن حق أي مواطن أن يراجعة وأن يستقبل بحسن وبالشكل الذي يليق به إذا لم يكن بطيب نفس منه ف بما تنص عليه الأوامر والتعليمات وإذا كان لايقوم بدورة بالشكل المطلوب او مقصر او سيئ التعامل مع أحدهم ف بالإمكان عمل معروض لمدير شرطة العاصمة المقدسة وشرح جميع مالدية واذا تكررت الملاحظة دون تحسن او اتخاذ اجراء من قبل ادارته عمل معروض آخر للإمارة والتي بدورها ستحيله لشرطة المنطقة وسيتخذ إجراء حتماً غالباً ينتهي بإعفائه
