โ โ โ โ โ I have a bad experience this time, with online shopping.I tried to contact multiple times with some one responsible but no luck only a rented call center agent was reached. I am writing for Riyadh gallery max because I always collect from there. I placed order on 28 Jan 2021, out of 8 products, I got 2 products only. I called 4 times and also did chat, no action. At last order cancelled 1 April 2021. While products are available in stores. I Feel they cheated with me and they lure customers by campaign and take more orders than the stock & then forget about them. we have to run behind to take products or money back. They dont even say apology. I am planning to complain to Ministry of commerce. I am attaching screenshots of emails showing order date and cancelled date. When I didn't find any other way to reach them i came to google and twitter to record my voice against this.

โ โ โ โ โ This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. But since ON SALE that day, there were too many people and the clothes are everywhere. Didn't get any that time coz I have my daughter with me. And the one in Riyadh Gallery where we went to was too crowded with clothes like you don't have enough space to move and since it's pandemic, I opted to leave the store. But I love Max clothes store.

Was going inside the shop where I was stopped by the security guy who told me I cannot go inside with my coffee closed cup
Despite the fact its closed I told the security to call his manager and the manager replied
I am not going to talk to a customer I will not come to talk to him
Very unpleasant character and unprofessional reaction
