لا يوجد لديهم موضفين في المتجر لمن يرغب في الاستفسار او السؤال عن اي منتج او البحث عن القسم المطلوب....
اما الكاشير فحدث ولا حرج.........
تأخير غير طبيعي يجبرك على ترك البضاعه والخروج........
لا يوجد سوا موظف واحد في قسم الاستبدال واخر في قسم المحاسبه وبين كل زبون وزبونيأخذون دقيقه سوالف وكأن العميل جدار ......!!!!
عملية الارجاع والاستبدال تسبب لك إكتئاب من كثر الانتظار
تم ارفاق عدد من الصور لطوابير الانتظار
الصور محدوده احترام لخصوصية الزبائن
