Hospital Receptionists should be polite & must atleast speak basic English... Lack of communication leads poor service for patients. There should be patient care service 24*7 to help & lead those who come for treatment.
Very High cost for birth delivery.And for any surgery Operation so much expensive... And even with insurance they are not co-operating properly for treatments. No one is responding properly...

Most of doctors dont care about you, especially if ur are non saudian? nobody cares and there is so much unprofessional staff.
The hospital has all condition and all medical equipment but this doesnt make to put more than one star, even a star doesn't deserve .
