★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اعطوا ابني حذاء غير عن وصف الدكتور و لا يتناسب مع قدمه مما أدى لانتكاس حالته ( واحتمال التدخل الجراحي بسبب ذلك) .... هذا بيع لكسب المال و زيادة أرباح على حساب المساكين...
 They gave my son shoes that were not as described by the doctor and did not fit his feet, which led to a relapse of his condition (and the possibility of surgical intervention because of that).... This is a sale to make money and increase profits at the expense of the needy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندهم موظف واحد والباقي مادري وش شغلتهم كل ماسألت عن شي قالوا استني المهندس.. وانتظرنا المهندس وعلى كيفه يخدم اللي يختار مافيه ترتيب ولا احقيه للي يجي اولا .. صراحه طلعت منهم لان خدمتهم سيئه
They have one employee and the rest I don't know what to do with them. Whenever I asked about something, they said, "The engineer waited for me.. We waited for the engineer and how he serves the one who chooses. There is no arrangement and I do not have the right to the one who comes first.. Honestly, I left them because their service is bad."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مافيه تجاوب من العاملين ولا يردون على الاتصال واخذ رقم المسؤل يرد علي مره واحده وبعدها مايرد وانا محتاج احد يعطيني طلباتي بفلوس ليس مجانا الله لايكثر خيرهم . اقترح اي احد عنده تجارة ماسكها احد غيره يقفل فورا بدل ماندعي عليه لان اللي حاصل مهزله بجد شهرين ابحث عن حاجه بسيطه جدا ولا اجد مجيب اجل ليش فاتح محل ؟؟!!!!
Unfortunately, there is no response from the workers and they do not answer the call, and I take the number of the official to answer me once, and then he does not reply, and I need someone to give me my requests for money, not for free. God does not increase their goodness. I suggest anyone who has a business that someone else caught it, it closes immediately instead of what we claim because what happened is a serious farce for two months. I am looking for something very simple and I can't find an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the store does not wear a mask. The mask is under his chin. And they cannot even prepare the shop to accept the customers 1hour after opening. Waited 20mins for them to get the POS machine ready to pay, eventually had to leave and still they didn't make the machine work at 10am... not very well managed. The only helpful person was a Saudi Lady.
