★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is based on ur package... Ok type.. No water provided to rooms.. Reception cannot understand anything apart from arabic and has no intention to help.... Rooms are ok not very spacious.. 15min walk to haram's gate 1 entrance... Towels were not provided in rooms.. Toilets in ground floor are very dirty and not maintained... Don't get fooled by marble floor reception, ull not find marble anywhere else... Very slow and very small lifts .. No telephone in rooms to contact reception for any help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a hotel at all, it is just number of beds inside the rooms! Rooms are full of insects and smooking smell. Nobody sits at the reception or any room service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel interior is very beautiful,need more maintenance so that it can improve more better than before. Food is very yummy . I love this place.. and the most important thing is that is it perfect place for those who wanted to do umrah or hajj. Alahmdullilah..
But u can't book this hotel easily ..it is also a fact.. for more details u can reply me in this review I will help you inshallah ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, my tour provider had paid for their best rooms at 4 and 5th floor.
But, the management sold it again to hajjs from Egypt. You know why, because the employer are from Egypt.
They then gave us their worst room at the 2nd floor which is actually not for guest, but for employee.
Why did you take the haram money from your egypt fellas my brother ?
There were no compensation for this. No refund. No apologize. That's Egyptian
