N	NoOsa Faroug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم الفندق ماشاءالله تبارك الله م فيه ولا غلطة وانا راضية بي تمامًا والدليل علي كدة هذي السنة التانية نروح نزل في .. الحاجة المرغلاني وخلتني اخت نجمة واحدة في معاملت موظف الاستقبال اسمو د… لمن وصلنا المدينة كانت الساعة 1صباحا علي طول رحنا الفندق لانو في بالنا من العام الماضي وصلنا عندو الساعة2 صباحا وقال الفندق م في غرفة فاضية ..من صلاة العيد روحنا تاني مرة برضو م في حد طلع زوجي قالوا الاسعار كم قالوا 170 بس احتمال نزيد الاسعار لحدي 300﷼ علي حسب الادارة تعالو علي الساعة 2-3 والسعر هذا علي غرفة مزدوجة !!!!!!!!! الساعة 12 اتصلنا علي قال لحدي الان م في حد طلع رجعنا الساعة 2 بالظبط في ناس خارجة من الفندق فسالنا قال الغرفة 250 وفي نفس الوقت اعطا نفس عرفتنا لواحد ب 220 وانحنا رفض تماما انو ينقص ريال لينا زوجي سالو طيب نحنا نفس الغرفة قال لا هذا متواصل معاي من الفجر .. وطيب انحنا الحينا تلاتة مرات وبنتصل عليك مو بشر ؟؟؟؟!!!!!!! وقال السعر من الادارة طيب كيف هو يخصم علي كيفو لو السعر من الادارة ؟؟؟؟؟؟!!!!! لو السعر من الادارة المفروض الغرف كلها تزيد في ذاك اليوم م عدا لدفع المقدم انا الموقف مرة زعلني ومرة استحقرني بس طفلي كان تعبان وببكي بعدم النوم م حبينا نكتر كلام شكلنا بسببو م حنرجع الفندق تاني …?? وياريت الادارة تيدخل وتحسم الفوضي الحاصل هذا لانو في النهاية التعامل الحلو برجع الزبونة لعندكم وزي م تعامل العام اللي راحت رجعنا .. وشكرًا Hello The hotel, Masha Allah, may God bless you, there is nothing wrong with it, and I am completely satisfied, and the proof of this is this, this second year, we go to a hostel in .. ع	عمر العيسى Omar Aleesa l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جميلة جدا تبارك الله نظافة وترتيب واستقبالهم جميل بس فيه مشكلة بسيطه طلبت منهم فرش زيادة وما وفروها ولكن هذا شي بسيط قدام الاشياء الممتازه عندهم .. سعر مناسب جدا مع اني جيت في وقت موسم .. وقريبه للحرم يعني بالسياره ٥ دقايق وانت وبالحرم وتحت فيه قهوة مختصة وورا الفندق فيه بقالة .. جدا راضي عن هذا الفندق الجميل تبارك الله ♥️?
