★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The position of the hotel is really good which is situated near to the entrance of the Mashjid al Nababi. The people are cooperative. However, they have to fix the problem of the washroom fittings. Right now the restaurant and coffee shop are closed due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Despite all the problems, it is a good hotel to stay for hajj and omrah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unhelpful manager and staff. The only reason people like is probably the distance from haram otherwise the attitude, service and room quality are way below par. I would have rather paid extra to have some peace of mind. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING.
