★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice compound at a bad location, apartments are quiet huge with bathroom for each bedroom, include maid room with separate bathroom as well
Facilities include kids play area, gym, swimming pool, where both gym and swimming pool have ladies hours which make them more convenient
Prices were 40 to 50 range when I checked in December 2017

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The watchman gave a mobile number to contact for renting the property. We thought it was the number of the owner but it was not. It was a number of a broker who added his commission as office charges and quoted the price. Tenants beware. I don't know whether the owner is aware of these malpractices.l

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this compound for 3 years and have been disappointed because over the last 2 years the building was sold to a new man. Ever since the rent has increased and is not worth it and turned some apartments into hotel rooms for tourists (this is very unsafe because any type of person could come and go) , besides the many down grades that have happened over the years the people who live there who are mostly south Indians and few Arabs and that's it but the people are very picky and usually don't like kids playing outside and making noise though out the whole day and there are usually fights between different families. I am planning to leave this complex and move to an actual compound with proper services and higher rank families. This complex/compound and community has really disappointed me and I sagest you don't live there .
