★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my past experience with luxury and satisfactory hotels this does not meet my expectations. This establishment is poorly taken care off and for a 4.3 to 4 star rated hotel you would expect to be at least be offered an area to dine and be provided with meals we had to eat outside and for 6 people at a mediocre restraunt we end up spending 150 riyal just on food!. My siblings are asmatic and the carpet is deep infested with dust and dirt and the shower is absolutely filthy. This hotel is a lost cause and a hot mess therefore of you ignore this review thats your ticket to bed MITES and mosquito bites is a club k away there are much better hotels in al madinah for roughly the same price which are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service. Management is not good seems they are running for their own income they didn't provide us invoice we stayed there for 2 days
Room cupboard was broken Electric Cattle, water bottle was not available in the room no towel was available in washroom we requested for towel. No one came for cleaning we requested 2 to 3 times for room cleaning. This is my first and last experience with this hotel.
