I always buy gold from malabar
But on 19 april 22 i visited malabar in lulu hypermarket to buy 10 grm gold chain. Seriously the man who was attending us was really dont care of us.i ask him to show me gold chains he is like in hurry or he feels that we have came there for time pass. Boss and after that i ask him for gold bar of 10 grams. Even that time also he said me rudely. I think. Malabar is only for rich people, they respect and treat people's who looks good. But still i buy 2. 5grams of gold bar.
Plz its my kind advise train yout staff how to talk and focus on customers
I m from hospitality industry i know well how to behave with customer.
Anyhow We are alwys customer of malabar.
We care thats why i m writing this?

But nowadays they were very rude not even respect the customers who buy small jewellery, they only respect and show the things to the people who buy big ones. Last week went to buy ring there we almost waited there for half and hour no one attend us as thier two staffs were busy attending one customer in diamond section.very worst service
