★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this store you don't know the true price of gold and diamonds ,, they have a tag, but, the arab worker offered me one price, I wanted to negotiate a better price, so I was asking for a manager, who is Indian guy,very rude,unpolite, and who even asked me for more money,for the same set .When I said that his employee offered me a lower price, he called the employee and in front of everyone, shouted yell at him,
ignoring me and other customers,
I just turned and left ....
Totally Unprofessional and unfriendly ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Various model for gold and jewellery here, malabar store are spreading across asian, from malaysia to medina, I bought a beautiful gold bracelet here, I think they have to display its weight and daily price to create better customer experience, because its really time consuming when my wife ask a many many item's price to compare, overall their jewellery is perfect and the customer service has excellent.

I'm really disappointed by the service in medina . since 1 month I'm calling medina branch no one responding to a call . I visited 4 times in a month shop is close . when I see in google maps its showing open & giving open & closing timings. when i visit it close ? thanks to update your things in google maps .
