★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible and the attitude of the RECEPTION staff is as if they doing you a favor, worst experience in any hotel that I have been to in the world, just very dirty and never clean, the RECEPTION staff and the hotel are a reflection of each other, I cant not stop commenting on the attitude of the reception staff they treat you as if you are worse than pigs standing before them BUT THE TWO MANAGERS very very friendly people, the reception staff behave as if they are the owners and dont greet, smile, respond to you standing in front of them and are more interested in bring on the internet than helping you,
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE THATS MAKING UMRAH, better to sleep on the streets than come to this hotel
