- النظافة في المكان 10/10
- جودة النظافة للسيارة من الداخل والخارج 7/10 لكن يحتاج الى متابعة معهم
- السعر 8/10 شوية زيادة عن بقية المغاسل في جودتها - سبعة كراسي 35﷼ داخلي وخارجي ؛ 5 كراسي 30﷼ داخلي وخارجي ....الخ
- سرعة الخدمة 10/10 بحكم انه في وقت فاضي
- الادوات المستخدمة في الغسيل جيدة 9/10 والصابون عبارة عن رغوة ( شامبو سيارة ) صناعة دبي
- الراحة والاستقبال 1/10 لعدم وجود مكان للجلوس مكيف بحكم جو مكة ( حار ) ويفضل لو يكون هناك مكان مكيف للانتظار حتى انتهاء الغسيل
- عدم وجود دورات مياة عند الحاجة الضرورية

Cleanliness in the place 10/10
- The quality of the car’s cleanliness inside and out is 7/10, but needs follow-up with them
- The price is 8/10 a little more than the rest of the washbasins in their quality - Seven chairs 35﷼ indoor and outdoor; 5 chairs 30﷼ indoor and outdoor....etc.
- The speed of service is 10/10 due to the fact that it is in free time
The tools used for washing are good 9/10, and the soap is foam (car shampoo) made in Dubai
- Comfort and reception 1/10 because there is no air-conditioned place to sit due to the (hot) weather of Makkah, and it is preferable if there is an air-conditioned place to wait until the washing is finished
- Lack of toilets when necessary
