n	nkm os on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الموظفات غير مدربات و اسلوبهم غير حضاري يحتاجون مهارات حل المشكلات بدون ما تفتح عينها و تعلي صوتها على عميلة محترمة جدا و لا رفعت صوتها!!! المفروض حتى لو عميلة زعلت و عصبت يهدنوها مو العكس هم اللي يعصبوا و تفتح عيونها في وجه العميلة !!! شغل بنات المدارس و الطبقة العاملة ماينفع في بوتيك لبراند عالمي !!! شيء يفشل لا انصح في التعامل مع هذا الفرع Unfortunately the female employees are not trained and their style is uncivilized. They need problem-solving skills without opening their eyes and raising her voice to a very respectable client and she does not raise her voice !!! It is assumed that even if a client gets upset and blindfolded, they are not the ones who are blindfolded and open her eyes in the client's face !!! Occupation of school girls and working class what is useful in an international brand boutique !!! Something fails I do not recommend dealing with this branch
S	Sara Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بشراء لانهم لا يحترمون رغبة العميل في الترجيع !!! رغم ان المنتج لم يفتح و ايضا انا عميلة دائمة و اشتري بمبالغ كبيرة و اردت استرجاع فقط منتج واحد بقيمة ١٦٠ لا اصدق اننا في عام ٢٠٢٢ و لسه في محلات لا تقبل بالترجيع!! لا احترم سياسة هذه الشركة و لن اعاود الشراء رغم انه مذكور في الفاتورة يحق لي الترجيع و لكن الموظفه تقول لا استطيع السيستم لا يقبل !!! Time after time you prove that you have no respect to your clients and make it hard to return product though I bought more than 1500 and want to return one product worth 150 Saudi riyals from Red Sea mall and Arab mall in Jeddah and I haven’t even open the box I just change me mind and they refuse because the employee saying the company doesn’t allowed I can’t believe we are in 2022 and still not allowed!!! How come and I was loyal customer but no more I do not recommend buying because they do not respect the customer's desire to return!!! Although the product has not been opened and also I am a permanent customer and buy with large amounts and I wanted to return only one product worth 160, I can't believe we are in 2022 and it is still in stores that do not accept returns!! I do not respect the policy of this company and I will not repurchase even though it is mentioned in the invoice. I have the right to return, but the employee says I can’t. The system will not be accepted!!!
