★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a branch of McDonald in Aziziah Square in Jeddah (king fahad road beside Othaim market) that we visited (14/08/21). I used the kiosk machine and ordered offer items via application and paid by credit card. In my calculations my bill was only about 66Sr but it turned out to be 79.50SR. I confirmed one staff and the supervisor about the error and they just keep on asking and repeating what happened and why did it happen without any further action nor hear an apology from them, or to replace an item with the excess amount I paid. Their service is good but lack of communication and interaction skills.
Though the food was good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often visit this place for lunch. Parking is easy to find and the restaurant is clean. Even better, it has a Mc Cafe.
This time I tried their Smoky Bbq burger from the signature collection. The burger was delicious and very different from their regular ones. It could have been a bit more juicy though. The waiting time at this McDonald’s is much lesser than other branches.
