اخر مره اشتري من عبد الطيف جميل اجهزة ولا انصح فيها نهائياً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو بالامكان اعطاء اقل من نجمه لكان ذاللك تجاهل لابعد حد وعدم اهتمام بالعميل اشتريت الاجهزة وتعلط المكيف وهو جديد ماشغلناه الا يومين وجائ الفتي وقال يحتاج قطعهة كيف جديد ويحتاج قطعة ولحد الان ماحد اتصل او تجاوب ولما تتصل يقولوا بترفع بلاغ ويتواصلوا معاك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد تاخير وعدم اتصال ووعود بالاصلاح ومماطلة في اتخاذ قرار محدد لا يتناسب مع سمعة شركة عبد اللطيف جميل مما يدفع الى عدم شراء المنتجات التي تحت صيانته لعدم الالتزام بالضمان الذي منحته الشركة المنتجة وكأن الضمان من عنده !!! .
سلمتهم سخان لا يعمل الان مرت 15 يوم ولم يصلني قرار بالاصلاح او الاستبدال ... !؟
* للمعلومية الدوام حسب موظف الاستقبال من 9 ص الى 7 مساء بتاريخ 5 اكتوبر 2020 وليس كما هو معلن في الموقع او من خدمات العملاء 920005468 .
* الظهر بين موعد الصلاة الى الساعة الثانية قد لا يكون احد موجود . كذلك التقفيل قبلها بساعة اي السادسة لاني مريت قبل اسبوعين الساعة 6 المحل مغلق واستعداد للرحيل .
* نصيحتى اذا تاخر الجهاز عن اسبوعين ارفع شكوى للتجارة عن طريق التطبيق خلال ايام تنحل المشكلة باذن الله. جربت خدمة العملاء غير مجدية اما التجارة ما شاء الله انحلت والحمد لله واستلمت الجهاز مصلح.

* For information, it is always according to the receptionist from 9 am to 7 pm on 5 October 2020 and not as announced on the website or from customer services 920005468.
* Noon, between the time of prayer until the second hour, there may be no one present. Likewise, closing in an hour before that is six o'clock because I passed two weeks ago at 6 o'clock, the shop is closed and ready to leave.
* My advice, if the device is more than two weeks late, raise a complaint to the trade via the application within days, the problem will be solved, God willing. Tried the customer service is useless. As for the trade, God willing, it was dissolved, thank God, and I received the device repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صيانة جداً سيئة . عدم الإحترافية في العمل . عدم تقدير العميل بذكر سبب العطل أو المدة المقررة لإصلاح المنتج أو توفير جهاز بديل عند عدم توفر القطعة . للأسف شركة عملاقة بالإسم وصغيرة جداً في التعامل مع العميل وخدمات ما بعد البيع .
أطالب بتوفير شباب سعودي في خدمة العملاء في الصيانة ويكون على دراية بأنظمة وزارة التجارة في مثل هذه الحالات .

Failure by the customer to mention the cause of the malfunction or the period for repairing the product or providing an alternative device when the part is not available. Unfortunately, it is a giant company in the name and is very small in dealing with the customer and after-sales services.
I demand the provision of Saudi youth to serve customers in maintenance, and to be familiar with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in such cases.
