 My order was a super lovable meal. I love it, unfortunately, the sandwich was almost empty and dry, with no sauces, unlike the menus.

تعديل تواصلت معهم وخدمه العملاء جدا ممتازه وعوضوني ??
I ordered today from them through ToYou and the food arrived so dry that I put my sauces from a lot that was not dry, a very bad experience
I contacted them and the customer service is very excellent and they compensated me ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا استغرب اشد الاستغراب في سرعة اعداد الوجبة بعد الانتهاء منها بسبب تقاعس عامل واحد والبقية متحركون بالرغم من عدم وجود عميل غيري انا فقط + التكيف عالي جداً + الشاورما لذيذة لكن ملوحتها زايدة + اتمنى ان يكون هناك اشراف لإدارة العمل بشكل افضل
I am very surprised at the speed of preparing the meal after completing it due to the inaction of one worker and the rest are moving despite the absence of a client other than me only + the adaptation is very high + the shawarma is delicious, but its saltiness is too high + I hope that there is supervision to better manage the work
