مشكلة الغرفه مافيها خصوصية الباب مفتوح من فوق بشكل واسع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمت بحجز موعد الاستقبال الغاء الحجز لموافقه الموعد وقت الصلاة وبعد اداء الصلاه اكتشفت ان الاسقبال قام بالغاء الحجز. وادخال شخص اخر كان متواجد بالصاله وقت الصلاه

أتصلت أبي استفسر من الموظف والذي كان بقمة الأدب و الاحترام
حول تقديم حجز خدمة مساج و حمام سنفرة و إهدائها الى شخص و كان تجاوبه سريع وتعامله مرن جدا .. طبعا المعروف لا يعرف الخدمات ممتازة ?
