★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst maestro ever. Their service was extremely poor. The attitude towards every customer while I was there was beyond poor. The Filipino man who was at billing did not hear orders fully and kept rushing people saying we are busy sorry we can’t do anything different like add an ingredient or remove an ingredient to your pizza. If this was the kind of service that Maestro trained their employees for, I guess I’d never go back to them ever again and would make sure none of my friends and family would waste their time too. Their attitude tonight had spoiled all our moods and the entire night was spoilt. While I was at the store, a customer stormed out as they did not attend to him despite the customer calling out multiple times.
To make matters worse, I’m a vegetarian who asked him to clean the cutter before cutting my pizza. He replied back saying they can’t do that just for one pizza. He proceeded to cut my vegetarian pizza after he cut a chicken pizza just before mine. I’ve attached a photo of the person who was the reason this whole experience went bad for me and my group of friends. I even have video proof of them using the same cutter for every pizza despite my request to them.
