سيء جدا ما أدري كيف يتم تحويل المرضى لبرمجة اجهزة السمع لديهم محل سيء وكئيب بسبب موظف الاستقبال العتب على وزارة الصحة ومستشفى الملك سعود المدينة الطبية الجامعيه عندما تحول مرضى السمع لهم
Very bad. I don't know how patients are transferred to reprogram their hearing devices. They have a bad and gloomy place because of the receptionist blaming the Ministry of Health and King Saud Hospital, King Saud University Medical City, when hearing patients transferred to them.

هناك سماعات طلب مني وضعها للاصلاح وسيقومون بالاتصال علي لهم اكثر من 10 ايام ولم اتلقى اي اتصال.

مكان يزعم أنه يمتلك حلول للإعاقة السمعية وهو أبعد من ذلك للأسف، لا إحترام في التعامل و لا مهنية .... نجمتين فقط بسبب التواصل الشخصي مع أ.حموى .. أما غير ذلك فلا يستحق
A place that claims to have solutions for hearing impairment which is unfortunately beyond that, No respect and no professionalism... Only two stars because of personal communication with A. Hamoui.. Otherwise, it is not worth it

جيت اعدل قالب السماعة ومشالله على الاسقبال سيئ جدا. جيتهم اربع ايام وكل يوم أسوأ من الي قبلة اول يوم قالو لي جيب تخطيط سمع ورحت جبت تخطيط سمع ثم قالي لا لازم موعد وحجزت موعد ثم دخلني على الاخصائية الى دايما معصبة و لاتعطي فرصة اقول رأيي. قلتلها رحت ٣ استشاريين في الحبيب نصحوني ان فتحه التهوية مارح تفرق في السمع قالتلي رح لهم طيب سو السماعه عندهم . هذا رد بالله هذا تعامل من إخصائية. تعاملني كني اشحذ من عندهم مو كني دافع ٦٠٠٠ ريال. واخر شي يوم استلم السماعه الاسقبال المصري رمى السماعه وقال دي سماعتك وكنهم حاقدين علي. قلتله ابي اكلم الاخصائية قال لا مالك شي عندنا خذ سماعتك وروح.

للامانه شفت التعليقات وتخوفت مرره من التعامل لكني اتصلت عليهم من شان اجي لهم مااحد يرد للاسف ف اضطريت اجي لهم ومع الاسف لقيتهم مقفلين >>في يوم 28/8 قبل رمضان بيوم ف راسلته واتس وخبرني ب اوقات دوامهم في رمضان من 12 الظهر لحد س 3 عصر والشفت الثاني من 9:30 الى 12:30 ليلاَ ف رحت لهم من شان يضبطون الصوت ب السماعه جلست ب الانتظار ساعة ونص ودخلت عند الدكتوره كان تعاملها جدا سلس ومتفهمه لي مرره ششكرا لگ?? والله يعطيها العافيه يارب وعلمتني كيف البس السماعه وكيف اشيلها ?? ربي يسعدها ? *وقعت ع اوراق من شان القالب ?
