اخترت من عندهم ثلاث مغاسل وعند التركيب أحد المغاسل مو نفس اللون اللي طلبت ولما رجعت للفاتورة طلع الموظف ماكتب على أحد المغاسل اللون
وعند مكالمتهم قالوا بيبدلونها لي والى الأن لي 9 شهور ولم يتم إبدالها لي مازالوا يماطلون .

When they called, they said they would change it to me and until now I had 9 months and it was not replaced.

جاري تقديم شكوى على الاحتيال والنصب..
المصري الصعيدي سئ جدا اخلاقا وتعاملا..
للاسف لا يوجد وسائل تواصل مع صاحب المحل ويدل على تستر تجاري ولا يوجد سعودة ولا حتى فواتير معتمدة..
وياليت يرجع القانون مثل اول ويكون الشكوى لدى الشرطة بدل وزارة التجارة..
الفاظه سيئة شوارعية تدل على سمعة واسم المحل..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه سيئه جابوا لي رخام غير اللي اخترته ويحلف عليه انه نفسه.. والواضح ان اسلوبهم كذا مع الكل يفصلك شي غير المطلوب ويمشيها عليك لكني نشبت لهم ولا ركبته.. هذا فرع الدمام واحذر انك تعطيهم المبلغ كامل قبل التركيب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وقت التركيب دقيق جداً والمغاسل مطابقة للمطلوب المقاسات فيها أخطاء خفيفه جداً ولكن بشكل عام جيدين.
بالنسبة للتركيب رئيس المركبين واحد اسمه محمد كان سبحان الله آية في (قلة الأدب) بشكل لا يطاق والمصيبة بعد التركيب يطلب اكرامية بكل وقاحه انصح باستبعاده فهو الحلقة الأضعف في كامل الخدمه.
بعد التركيب المكان كان وسخ جداً السيليكون مرمي في كل مكان باختصار ينقص فريق التركيب كثير من الاحترافية والأدب.
بشكل عام جيدين ولولا التركيب كان يستحقون ٥ نجوم.
