★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيئ وعدم مصداقية في اسعار المنتجات وذلك بسبب عندي شاشة قديمة عطلانة ولمن وديتها الصيانة كان الاستقبال سيئ وافادوني انو اذا ابغى استبدل الشاشة عن طريقهم راح يحسبوها بالسعر الاساسي الموجود في المعرض وبعدها يعطوني الخصم ومع الاسف طلع سعر المعرض اقل من سعر الاستبدال عن طريق الصيانة وكمان بلغوني انو الشاشة تاخد وقت طويل الين استلمها من قسم الصيانة اتمنى من المسئولين المحافظة على العملاء وتطوير موظفين الاستقبال في الصيانة وتغيير السياسة المتبعة في حال استبدال الشاشة عن طريق الصيانة وشكرا
ووالله لو في مجال اني اقيمكم من دون ولا نجمة كان قيمتكم لكن مع الاسف حتى النجمة ما تستاهلوها

الغريب أنهم لا يبيعون بطاريات باناسونيك لأجهزة بناسونيك مثل الهاتف اللاسلكي. قال البائع بأن وكيل بطاريات باناسونيك وكيل آخر اسمه شىكة عبدالواحد.
حتى وإن اختلف الوكيل لبعض منتجات باناسونيك لا مانع من التسهيل على العملاء بتوفير كل ما يحتاجه الجهاز.
