★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- المواقف أيام الصيفية بها زحام شديد، ومن المفترض تخصيص عمال لأخذ طلبات العملاء وهم في سياراتهم.
2- التميس لا يستطيع الوفاء بحاجة العملاء في وقت مناسب لهم، فالزحام واضح ولديه تذمر من ضغط العمل عليه وحده.
3- المطعم يقدم وجبات متنوعة، ويمتلك طباخين ممتازين والسعر مرتفع في بعض الأنواع وثابت في بعض الأنواع، لكن الملاحظ بدرجة عالية بأن هناك نقص كبير في كمية الطلب وأحجام العلب ?.
4- يظل في الأول والأخير ما معنا غيره ?.
يجب على صاحب المحل محاولة اسعاد ضيوفه وسؤاله عما يزعجهم.
