This hotel is fraud. Advertise that they have shuttle to and from haram. When you go there there is not one. Did end up spending double due to taxi fare 10 times a day. Do not waste your time and money. Book somewhere near haram even if you have to pay more. What i paid to hotel + taxi fare everyday , I could stay in clocktower infront of haram for less. When asked for refund for taxi fare totally ignores. Very poor customer service. Whole stay in makkah was unpleasant due to their false advertisement. Dont fall for it.

The security staff are the worst. They are rarely availabe and away most of the time, they don't monitor the parking. We've spent long period waiting for someone to open the underground parking for us. One car owner parked in front of the parking enterance and blocked us from entering and again wasted valuable time waiting for some security guard to solve the issue (the problem still exists up to this minute).

*This friendly review is solely for the Millennium team as an feedback and is not against any individual* Quite disappointed with my stay this time. Had a really good experience last Ramadan (2021, and had also given them 5 stars) which bought me back to them this Ramadan also (2022) and I was shocked to see how their services have downgraded. Cons:- 1) I had tried to call this hotel almost 100’s of times everyday 3-4 days prior arrival and no one cared to pick-up and answer guests calls. 2) They reply to WhatsApp messages almost 12-13 hours later and no reply to messages here on google. 3) reception rarely picks up calls from room. Had requested reception to send water bottles and towels before suhoor time but they never delivered it to me. 4) Room 1146, didn’t have complimentary water bottles on arrival (hotel advertised about in room complimentary water bottles on their websites). 5) room 1146 shower water pressure was super low and resulted in a difficult shower experience. 6) Elevators are filthy. Pros: 1) Super clean and well maintained rooms and very near to Jamarat parking ( almost 600 metres) 2) hotel shuttle service to and from Jamarat Parking. 3)Friendly receptionists. 4) close by to supermarkets and Salon. Now, I do get that during Ramadan, services are slow but I do not see a reason to ignore guests. Hope they improve otherwise I do not see guests returning back.

Room size is very good. Very far from Haram. No shuttle bus in Ramadan and most taxes refuse to go to hotel area. Housekeeping is very bad. Reception staff are very cooperative.

One of the low grade hotel in Makkah with bad customer service and rooms; Hotel rooms looks like not even single star standard, broken bathroom, water leakage, urine smell all over the room. I have requested to bring air freshener, Surprisingly the room service people doesn't know about air freshener... Very strange people... Never visit again and advise don't visit this property until they change their mind to service people.

Room was moderate size, clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Sahoor breakfast can be improved. Location is a big away from Harm and at peak times is difficult to find taxi. It's OK for a short stay.
