One word: do not stay in this hotel if you are a regular traveller and expecting the services of a 5-star hotel. Basil Fawlty (the character in Fawlty Towers) would appear to be the nicest person you know once you have stayed in this hotel and experienced its staff. You should expect a disrespectful, rude staff who think that shouting down at you is a right they have. Hotels such as these shouldn’t be allowed to operate by the Government of Saudi Arabia as they only ruin travels and holidays. I have travelled a lot and have stayed in a range of hotels – from B&Bs to luxurious hotels – but this hotel tops the list of rudeness of many staff at the reception, terrible rooms, non-functional bathrooms. I have complained to the Visit Saudi as well about this hotel (and this is the first time I have written about a hotel to the country’s tourism authority) because they ruin an otherwise exceptional experience in a beautiful country!

It's one of the best hotels I've been in here. The rooms are amazing, the service is amazing and they have a really good cooling system. It should be a place you must stay in if you're doing Umrah/Hajj.

went here last 10 dqys ramadhan... 1)water problem...the taps and showers pumps out air instead of water...have to wait long for at least some water to come out! bad...! 2) Very poor room service...lack of hygene...asked them to vacuum many times, but they do it poorly...even the sheets and towels poorly cleaned...When i went out and ask them to change new towels, they literally took the old towel, fold it and put it back...i knew because it was marked! 3) Poor reception/service...i called many times for laundry and for three days straight, no feedback even after calling..had to go to outside laundry.. 4) rude staffs...asking a question never replied well especially managers/supervisors...only those cleaners will reply nicely..but still poor service feedback. This hotel states they are 5 stars ..but honestly, overall, they feelsike this is only 2 star hotel rating...this includes rooms, service, quality and everything...not worth the price....

Worst place you will ever stay. On the surface everything looks okay but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world. Calling it a 2 star service would be an insult to the 2 stars. Housekeeping and reception never answers the phone, had 1 week of dirt just piling up after calling over 10. Times. Room not cleaned once throughout my stay. Keycards need to be reactivated every 1 to 2 days (generally stops working with all hotel guests). Staff appear to be friendly and helpful but nothing gets done about the issues. Was with a broken kettle since check in and any received a working one after 3 days of complaining every single time I left and came back to the hotel. Fixtures and sink broken in the room and nobody comes to fix it after letting them know. Aircon temperature fixed to 18degrees. Electricity in the hotel(all surrounding buildings had electriciy) went out causing major backlogs at the elevator since only 1 was working and the stairs are only used for staff to access certain staff areas. (In the middle of the restaurant kitchen ,for example, is where i ended up trying to use the stairs). Upon check-out, we called reception and baggage assist 90min before planned to leave to assist with our luggage. No answer. Went down to ask for assistance and just got ignored. I ended up taking the trolley to the room myself and transporting my own luggage. Even after seeing me in the lobby with all my luggage on the trolley, nobody wanted to assist. The list just goes on and on and on. Some people have great experiences but It appears you need to be a native to be treated as a proper guest. That is my observation. If you see this hotel as an option. DON'T DO IT!!!

The hotel staff and managers were dealing with an overflow of pilgrims during Ramadan but they were very accomadating and helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. I especially want to thank the cafe staff who provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, providing refreshing drinks after a long hot day. I especially want to thank Musa and Sara who work in the cafe and helped make my stay extra special.

they should improve room services, the room was for 3 person and they put only 1 shampoo small and one soap!! the exhaust of the toilet was not working so it got very smelly, I called many times room service and reception but no one ever answer, and didn't call back. i asked for extra child mattress one of the guy first said ok it will come to your room, and after waiting 2 hours I went back and they said sorry we don't have any kind of facility like this. there bus service is worst even after waiting lot of time the bus is very rare available we have spend a lot of money on hiring taxi instead we could take a near by haram hotel.

Price of the Hotel was good, Plus breakfast options was also good. View from the hotel was a plus. Disliked · Room size was too small, plus their toilets were also too narrow. Beds were all of different height, while when we moved one side table, found lots of dust behind and under it.

Just checked in and the sheets were dirty. I understand that housekeeping sometimes makes mistakes but there were even food crumbs under the sheets! I have never seen anything like this before. The hotel changed my room as soon as I have brought it to there attention but this is definitely far from a five stars hotel both look, feel, and cleanliness. Never again.
