The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of the city but far from the maddening crowd and yet still with easy access to major shopping malls, tourist attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to a big mosque. The staffs were simply the best. Indeed I do appreciate the honesty when they refunded my one day stay because they charged me accidentally because we did not understand due to poor English with the receptionist who assisted me when I arrived that day. BRAVO!
