١. الأرض مشتركة بينك وبين الدور الآخر.
٢. الدور الأرضي حقه ضايع بنسبة لدور الثاني مع السطح وملحق .
٣. قيمة اي من الدورين بفرق بزيادة بسيطة تأمن لك فله مستقله بأرض مستقله ومساحة أعلى.
٤. للأسف المعروض غير عن البيع وهذي اوصخ طرق التسويق لما يتم عرض منتج وتجي تبغاه زي ماهو يقولك لا ترا السطح يجي فاضي مو مبنى لو تبغاه ترا بيكلفك مبلغ وقدره.
