★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي نظيف جداً ورائحته جميلة ومهتمين بنظافته والمدربات عسل ياليت بس يهتمون بالآلات بشكل دوري وينظفون زيوتها لأن صعب تتنظف لكن ككل النادي جميل ?

الاجابه بالطبع لا..
امل منكم العمل على تطوير سياسة النادي وجعلها اكثر مرونه في ظل المنافسه العاليه بين النوادي النسائية في حائل التي تهدف بالمقام الأول لكسب الزبون ورضاه. من المحزن نادي بهذا المستوى العالي من التجهيزات"بالطبع حسب الصور" يخسر سمعته وزبائنه بسبب انظمه الاداره الصارمه. من حق الزبون انه يرى السلعه قبل شرائه لكن انا شخصيا انحرمت من هذا الحق. لي سنوات طويلة في الانديه الرياضيه خارج حائل وخارج المملكه وكان من أبسط حقوقي كزبون القى نظره على الأجهزه الرياضيه وامكانيات النادي قبل الاشتراك في الأنديه وبالفعل احصل على مبتغاي بكل رحابه صدر وبشاشه. اليوم ذهبت للأشتراك بالنادي وطلبت رؤية النادي والاجهزه ورفضت المديره وقالت "مارح اوريك النادي الحين تعالي اخر الوقت!!" لهدرجة الادارة تتساهل بوقت الزبائن عوضا عن الترحيب بالزبون وكسبه كموظفه لدي عمل وارتباطات اخرى وليس لدي وقت إضافي لكي أرى النادي بالوقت التي تحدده لي الاداره(اخر الوقت) !! والحجه (عشان خصوصية البنات الي يتمرنون) عفو هل انا رجل؟لدرجة امنع اشوف بنت تتمرن و بالنهايه انا بكون مشتركه وبتمرن مع "امهات خصوصيه " انا أريد ان ارى أجهزه وليس بنات ((رفض يفتقر للمنطق )) . على العموم هناك مثل انجليزي word of mouth ويقصد به ان الكلمه له وقع وأثر كبير من تجربة شخصية اكثر من الاعلانات وهالتجربه راح انقلها لمحيطي وكل من اعرفه عن ناديكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدد المشتركات يفوق حجم النادي زحمه دايم زحمه ،مافيه مكان استراحة او انتظار ، الدروج قليلة وغالباً ماراح تحصلين مكان تحطين فيه اغراضك. الحمامات سرى. النجمة الوحده هي للمدربة شروق خدومة ومبتسمة وتساعد الكل.

في فترة الصباح والظهر يكون اكثر هدوء واقل ازدحام.
يوفر تدريب على الفنون القتالية "الجودو" وهو الوحيد في هذا المجال بالمنطقة.
التجربة كانت ولازالت رائعة.
تجربتي مع المدربة غادة كانت مثرية ومفيدة جدا، التعامل والتمارين واضحه وكل تمرين يكون بأشرافها، كان هناك حرص شديد من قبلها على الالتزام بجدول التمرينات وعمل التمرين بشكل صحيح.
موظفة الاستقبال لطيفة جدا ومتعاونة.
يوفر مكان لبيع القهوة والوجبات الخفيفة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has a good amount of equipment and space, however it does get busy around 2pm and after 6pm. The staff are mostly friendly. Kauthar and Shroq usually have good classes and many people attend their classes. There's a swimming pool but you need to do some blood tests to use the facility, which baffles me! There's also a women's spa/salon and a coffee shop upstairs. The bathrooms are usually clean. Don't forget to bring your water bottle because you won't find any water coolers at the gym!
