★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to lush branch of red sea mall on oct 30 2019.
I was about to go then one of the staff called me that i have their item that i put my luggage..
so I allowed them to search my belonging..
when after searching they found nothing..
they just said sorry after..
with all my humiliation, trauma ,anger and stressed that they put in that situation.
I even asked them did they checked their CCTV or camera before approachinmg me.
One of the staff said that one staff told them only..
I asked them can you saw me the staff who accusing me of stealing..
and they keep on refusing..
Its a traumatic experience for me..
that until now it really scared me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff was amazing i went yesterday and i was welcomed by the most enthusiastic lady she was tall and had curly hair. we came early so we waited for the store to open at 3 and she greeted us and helped us with smiles and laughs. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the whole concept of this amazing store that drove me broke, i would love to send a big virtual hug to the staff for being extremely friendly funny and cheerful iv been there a lot for many years in so many branches in Jeddah with multiple friends from different backgrounds skin colors sex’s and iv seen no discrimination or whatsoever toward my friends they just keep up their positive energy which is a big key in business, and i guess that what kept me as a customer for many years good job lush i wish other stores take notes ?❤️?

- their Organic soaps, body wrapping and dirty products are amazing .
The place smells fresh & clean plus the Genral atmosphere is amazing
- the mean reason why i love and prefer this place is their STAFF , i really hope that the place’s owner/company does realize How very lucky and blessed they are to have such and amazing hard working , welcoming and helpful young ladies.
I went to Red Sea mall’s branch on the evening of the 3rd of jun 21 and even though it was during weekend and the place was kind’a packed , a brunette suntanned young lady ( didn't get her name ) approached me with welcoming and smiling face , was kind enough and patiently explained to me almost every product they have , promoted others , and even took me to the sink to try some more, and kind and patient enough to answer all my concerns .
I’ve purchased the “ Olive Tree soap” , the “ Ro’S Argan” and the “ SandsTone” and
The results were perfect and even exceeded my expectations.
Plus the young lady was kind & sweet enough and gave me a body wrap tester product, which i will definitely buy on my next visit .
I highly recommend their products
and the experience it self
And i will definitely give them another visit soon and try more products.
