★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience this time. Maybe it was the wrong day, date and time all combined. But I am still not considering to go there again. While everything that happened can be forgotten, it was the attitude of the cashier that made sure I remember for a long time....
I don't like when cashiers "throw" all items,especially vegetables, after they scan it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Express counter is a big joke in Lulu. If you are not giving the privilege then why are you keeping this board express counter here? We took hot food and beverage and came to this queue and waited for 20 mins in counter to bill our items. We searched for a floor manager to explain the situation but we didn't found anyone. All the food became cold. This is not the first experience from here. Very pathetic!

The staff members are AMAZINGLY generous and very helpful. But sometimes the place can be Overcrowded. I go at night to avoid the crowd. I really loved! I do recommend this Hypermarket!?
