★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من نجمه عطيته حجزنا عن طريق الجوال واتفقنا ع سعر لغرفتين ولما وصلت قالوا السعر اللي اتفقنا عليه حق ٣ غرف وانا اخذت غرفتين وقال الغرف م تفرق في السعر اهم شي السعر لو غرفتين او ٣ م تفرق ولما قلت عطني ٣ غرف واعطيك المبلغ قال محجوزه وقال انا عطيتكم الدور الخامس جديد ونظيف م عطيتك شقه معدومه زي الدور الثالث والثاني واخر شي بعد مناقشات طويله يقول المناحه ذي كلها ع ٤٠٠ ريال !!!!انصدمت من تعامله في الجوال ياخذ العقل ولما وصلت كلام ثاني والحمامات تطفر مويه وواحد فيه دش والثاني لا والغساله مالها فتحه تصريفه
الشي الوحيده اللي يشفع له تعامل حقين الاستقبال (قمه في الاخلاق)
ومستحيل نعيد ذا التجربه مره ثانيه .
 If there was less than one star, I gave him, we booked via mobile and agreed on a price for two rooms, and when I arrived, they said the price we agreed on is the right of 3 rooms, and I took two rooms, and he said the rooms did not differ in the price. Reserved and said, “I gave you the fifth floor, new and clean. I gave you an empty apartment, like the third and second floors, and the last thing.” After long discussions, he says the whole grant is for 400 riyals!!!! No, and the washing machine does not have a drain hole
The only thing that accompanies him is the treatment of the two rights of reception (highest in morals)
It is impossible to repeat this experience again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جلست شهرين في هذي الشقة وبكل صراحة المكان جدًا نظيف ومرتب وهادي وفيه كل الخدمات ، وجميع العاملين كانو لطيفين ومهذبين وما قصروا معانا بشيء
وكل الشكر للأستاذ أيمن مرة محترم وكان متعاون معانا جدًا ، الله يسعده يارب
اكيد ماراح تكون اخر زيارة لي لهذا المكان ، الله يعطيكم العافية ويوفقكم يارب
I sat for two months in this apartment, and frankly, the place is very clean, tidy, calm and has all the services, and all the workers were nice and polite and they did nothing short of anything with us.
And all thanks to Professor Ayman once respected and he was very cooperative with us, may God make him happy
Surely it will not be my last visit to this place, may God give you wellness and help you, O Lord
