1- Never open in the mentioned times on maps or on your front doors.
2- Most of the cars is not available.
3- Cars ia not clean which of course not maintained
4- Cars in ame category in not with the options across the country
5- Call Center necer answers 24/7
6- How a good car rental company doesn't have a branch in airport?
Same comments for the branches across Jeddah, actually the second star only because i already know lumi year ago was better than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental, Baghdadiya staffs are nice , madina road staffs are not supportive. The car delovered 3 hours delay, while return back it was delay for 3 hours, charged whole day fare. Car also not in good condition though the model is 2020. Dont ever rent from lumi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is on main road, good location and easy navigation. Staff here is helpful and know what they're doing. Quick service. Only thing is it's little bit expensive but also have several discount offers.

I called customer service. He didn't explain well the offer and if the car is in good condition. If I paid online how can I guarantee the smell of the car or that all conditions are ok?
