كان يجب أن تكون نظيفة أو يكون هناك عامل للتنظيف الجيد ولكن بشكل عام حصلت اللي كنت ادور عليه
Excellent employee and classy treatment, but the missing star because I took the car not clean
It should have been clean or there should have been a good cleaning agent but in general I got what I was looking for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركه سيئه جدا ..تم استئجار سياره Hyundai creta وكان الوقت استلام السياره في الليل .ولم انتبه إلى حاله الزجاج و انوار الاماميه وكان تانكي البنزين فاطي 000 . وعند تسليم السياره تم تغريمي 287 الريال بحجه أن الانوار والزجاج الأمامي فيه عج وتم تقييم الحاله عن طريق أخد صور بجوال . ولم شيكت على سيارات الشركه لقيت اغلب انوار السيارات نفس الحاله. وقرأت العقد التأجير لا يوجد في بند عن عج الانوار . بختصار شركه نصابه يتم تغريم المستأجر على اضرار قديمه .النصح بعدم التعامل مع هدا الشركه.
Very bad company..a Hyundai creta was rented and the time to receive the car was at night. Upon handing over the car, I was fined 287 riyals on the pretext that the lights and windshield were old, and the condition was assessed by taking pictures on a mobile phone. I did not check on the company's cars, and most of the cars' lights were in the same condition. And I read the lease contract, there is no clause about the lights out. In short, a scam company, the tenant is fined for old damages. Advice not to deal with this company.
