★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت سيئة حجزة سيارة عن طريق خدمة العملاء وقالوا الساعه ٦ تكون جاهزة وجيت على الموعد ولا لقيت السيارة لقيت فئة اقل قلت تمام اعطني قال مالي دخل دق عل خدمة العملاء خلهم يعدلون لك الحجز عليها قلت تمام وجاء تعديل الحجز على الساعه ٦.٣٠ وسحب فيني الموظف الى ٧.٣٠ م
طبعا الي اعرفه اني إذا حجزت سيارة ومالقيتها تعطيني الفئة الاعلى بنفس السعر
لكن الشكوى لله
المشكله في فرع الخميس
تعاملة مع فرع المطار في الرياض كانوا كويسين
