L	Leon Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It earned stars for the decorations and the service but the main star which is Ice cream isn't that good. Too milky, very soft texture, colors aren't attractive and too sweet. I hope you guys find a way to improve the ice creams without affecting the price.

I wanted to come to this place from long time ago and today I finally had the chance to try it with my dad and here how it went :) 1-There was 5 guy friends inside and ONLY 2 of them were ordering and the others are just waiting. 2- We’ve been waiting outside for 10 mins in the hot weather then a guy, disrespected the line and crossed and got in and no one spoke to him but that’s not the issue here, what happened iss that went after him and a GUY with ASIAN FEATURES told (commanded)my dad to wait outside in a very rude and impolite way ? Very bad costumer treatment??, really this place sucks,it wasn’t as happy as the place looks like ??
S	Sameer Kapadia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's the good, the bad and the ugly The good - decent ice cream and variety of flavors The bad - the prices are slightly high - e.g. the tiramisu which is 2 shots of espresso + vanilla soft serve with a dash of cacao /coco powder and a lady finger (tiramisu biscuit) for SAR 20 which in my humble opinion for the place and soft serve shouldn't exceed 15 - which makes this place ~30% more expensive The ugly - barely any parking and access is blocked by the drive thru coffee shop Will I visit again? No Would I recommend this place to others? No Advice to management - 1. Try to offer drive thru service 2. Alternatively consider price adjustment
A	Abeer Mahadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Hygienic atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered four different combos and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The Lotus combo was definitely a hit. Snickers combo was great as well! Something new we tried was the mango yan yan combo and the tiramisu which were interesting as well! No pictures of the Lotus combo, but it was one of the best! Thank you :)
