I told the reception they gave me closed number till now it closed ?
Although they damaged the designer things when i left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good to hang out for the day but not to spend the night. They have events daily so there will be noise. if you are looking for a quiet get away from the city, this is not the place for you. The infrastructure was shoddy and to top it off, an unexpected guest showed up: a mouse. The staff was not graceful enough to offer a change of rooms or at least free accommodation. One of the staff even denied the existence of a mouse until we had to bring ample proof :) The customer service needs to be improved as well as the direction of this place.

1. Below average maintenance
2. Below average furniture cleanliness. Fabrics and rugs are terrible.
3. Not a place to rest, you can't even talk to the person next to you inside your on expensive chalet from the loud low taste noise they call music. No matter what you do they won't stop it or lower the volume. I even called the police! This went on until 2 am!
You've been warned. Visit at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it is one of the best gateways in Riyadh but they gave me the worst experience in booking ever!! They asked me to pay 2500 premium to confirm my booking during eid. The next day I received a notice that my booking is cancelled ! I called to inquire and they UNAPOLOGICALLY FRANKLY SAID THAT IT GOT CANCELED BECAUSE SOMEONE PAID MORE FOR 3 NIGHTS DURING EID AND YOU PAIND FOR SINGLE NIGHT !!!!!????????
