★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair stylist do coloring and styling in speed and do not complete job well due to lots of waiting customers. I asked for Bayalage with a picture whereass all my hair is same color cauz I was left to wait long ( more than 45 min) , I kept looking for stylist in all salon after 1.5 hour and she washed my hair. Due to lonh time of base color, all hair color is almost same as bayalage was colored too with base and not matching with picture I showed. I left crying from Salon.
I waited 7 hours to get hair color and hair cut completed. I felt exausted and tired at end.
Moreover my bangs were a disaster. She took a bunch of my hair and cut it straight and I looked silly. Was not even ready to blow dry from front that its not in fatoora ( i paid 700 SAR for that hair look) although my bangs looked terrible but manager didnt care if I looked nice after dye and cut.
Over rated salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in there a few weeks ago because i wanted bangs, i showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and she said she could do it, she suddenly grabbed a huge chunk of hair over my hair and cut it without making sure i liked the length or the thickness or anything, now i’m stuck with a terrible haircut that can’t be fixed. please if you’re going to cut your hair that needs professional people don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Haircut was good. Make sure if you only speak English just say you want haircut only. Don’t go into detail bc then they charge for extra special things. A haircut includes wash cut and light blow dry. If you say you want Blow dry they charge you extra for styling your hair with the blow dryer. So don’t make the mistake I made :) one haircut is around 115 riyal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairstylist Maryam is amazing. Got my haircut done from her. She just saw the picture once and the final look was exactly like it. She's very kind and explains extra tips about maintaining your hairstyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had facial, waxing and eyebrows done. Only the facial is something I would recommend to someone else.
The waxing lady habiba was very rude. She was in such a hurry. I have bruises all over my legs. Same thing about the eyebrow lady bella. No professionalism. Just hurry to finish. Although there were no clients waiting. Still I do not understand the hurry
The facial lady kauthar was very good. I felt refreshed because of her. I might go again just because of her.
Overall I didn't like the experience. Too much waiting and very costly. No one even asked about my feedback.
